Great job Steve, quality and attention to detail.
Thank you Damon, we really appreciate it!
So, when I went looking for a company to fix my home issues I was horrified at the quotes. I stumbled upon Residential Res Q s name during my search. I was thrilled to learn that Steve actually had headed up the foundation division of basement systems, and had gone out on his own. He is able to do everything they can do at a fraction of the cost, and he even takes time to hand dig if necessary ( basement systems won't do this). He quickly assessed the problem, came up with a solution, and expedited it in a timely manner. His reassurance that he would be able to fix the problem was quite comforting, and he calmly corrected any issues which arose. I highly recommend Steve and his company.
From the moment I met Steve I knew that Residential ResQ was the company to choose to install my basement waterproofing system. He was highly knowledgeable in his work and went above and beyond to answer the many questions I had explaining in detail how this basement would rid my home of any trace of future water issues. He and his team were very professional and courteous. A+ Service!
Thanks so much Jina!
We contracted Residential ResQ to insulate and waterproof our basement.; which is over 200 years old. And so damp we would not store anything in it, because of mold. After Steve and his crew, the basement is clean, dry and odor free. And there is no longer drafts in the house after the foam insulation . We highly recommend Residential ResQ for any of your foundation, wet basement or insulation concerns.
Thank you Dave & Lynn!
I had such a great experience with Residential ResQ and Steve. I would highly recommend them for foundation repairs. Great customer service, definitely goes above and beyond!
I would like to so recommend Steve's firm, Residential ResQ for repairing any foundation woes. I have a field stone chimney that has been pulling away from the house for the last 30 years. Steve was able to excavate, and install push piers to stabilize the chimney. The house is over 60 years old, so of course, there were complications. Steve was unfazed, repaired where needed, and continued to install the push pier system. Steve responded promptly to my initial request. When we met and after he inspected the problem, Steve explained in detail what would need to be done to repair and stop any further shifting. Steve gave me a time line, and stayed with it, to the day. All of the logistics were taken care of by Steve, from coordinating and obtaining permits, engineering services, the actual excavation and installation of the push pier system, to the final city building inspector signing off on the job. The grounds were pristine when the job was completed, and my peace of mind at having this potential disaster averted is priceless.
